Vietnam — VICCORP continues to invest in and develop its engineered quartz manufacturing facility in Vietnam, reinforcing its long-term commitment to quality, production stability, and consistent supply for both domestic and international markets.

The VICCORP factory is designed around an integrated and controlled production process, covering raw material preparation, mixing, molding, vibro-compaction, curing, and surface finishing. Each stage is managed under strict technical standards to ensure uniform color, stable veining, and reliable physical performance across every slab.

With modern production lines and structured workflows, the factory is capable of manufacturing a wide range of engineered quartz products, from standard collections to design-driven surfaces aligned with current market trends. VICCORP’s slabs are suitable for multiple applications, including kitchen countertops, islands, vanity tops, wall cladding, and commercial interiors.

Quality control is a core focus at the VICCORP factory. Dedicated QC teams conduct inspections throughout the production process, monitoring criteria such as flatness, surface gloss, density, water absorption, and overall visual consistency before products are released for delivery.
